Australian Coach Justin Langer has taken offense of the way Indian Captain Virat Kohli is leading celebrations after Indian bowlers pick up the wickets. In the ongoing first test, India scored 250 in the first innings. Cheteshwar Pujara played a vital knock of 123 and was the sheet anchor for Team India. When India started to bowl, Ishant Sharma clean bowled Australian Opener Aaron Finch for a duck which led to Kohli celebrating in his usual self.
Langer said that he also like to see passion on the field but if his guys would have done the same then they would have been judged as the worst blokes in the world. The Australian team is playing this series under the scrutiny that they are carrying since the ball-tampering incident that happened in South Africa since the start of the year.
Langer also rebuffed criticism from Sachin Tendulkar that Australia is playing defensively. Langer said that he has asked his team not to sledge on the field and Tendulkar played against a very different Australian side which boasted a far more experienced batting line up.
The India Australia test match is nicely poised at the end of day three with the India Team leading by 166 runs with 7 wickets in hand. Cheteshwar Pujara is batting on 40 with Rahane giving him company with 1 not out.
