The painful exit of world-class bowler Jasprit Bumrah from the 15-men Indian Test squad against South Africa was no less than any traumatic shock for Indian cricket fans. As a result, the netizens flooded all social media platforms with heart-warming posts and comments. Some wished him to get well soon while some lauded his efforts for Indian Cricket Team in past few months.

After witnessing such an immense amount of love and affection on social media, Bumrah immediately took to his official Instagram handle just to express gratitude towards the fans who are praying for his speedy recovery. The 25-year-old right-arm fast bowler Bumrah said in a recent post, “injuries are part & parcel of the sport. Thank you for all your recovery wishes. My head is held high & I am aiming for a comeback that’s stronger than the setback”.

Here’s see the recent Instagram post of ace pacer Jasprit Bumrah after major setback:

There is no doubt in saying that Bumrah is a fighter and he will surely come back with a bang. Currently, he is undergoing rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru. In his absence of the pacing spearhead Bumrah the responsibility came on Umesh Yadav’s shoulder as he has been roped in as Bumrah’s replacement. Now, Yadav will have to fill the boots of the ace pacer in the upcoming battle against Proteas. The visitors already showed their prowess by levelling the series with 1-1 draw after the third T20I encounter’s win.

It will be interesting to see whether the hosts will be able to seal the three-match Test series with a perfect win or Proteas will again dominate the Indian cricketers’ own den. Home side India will play the first Test encounter of three-match series against South Africa at ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium from October 2nd
