The Qualifier 2 match of the Indian Premier League 2019 will take place between the Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals at the Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam on May 10 from 7:30 p.m. onwards. The winner of this match will be off to the finals where that team will meet the Mumbai Indians.

Both the teams entered this game with completely different scenarios as earlier CSK lost against the Mumbai Indians in Qualifier 1 while DC won a thrilling encounter against the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Eliminator. CSK lost the match in a one-sided encounter while the Delhi Capitals won it on the second last ball of the match with just two wickets in hand.

The case of both the sides is completely different as one has invested immensely in the youngsters while the other one is sticking with the experience. In this, Delhi have players like Rishabh Pant, Shreyas Iyer, Prithvi Shaw, Sherfane Rutherford etc that are always ready to fight with their young-blooded attitude while CSK have players with massive international experience like MS Dhoni, Shane Watson, Faf du Plessis, Harbhajan Singh, Dwayne Bravo. This makes it always an interesting encounter to witness for the fans.

The pitch conditions are also well known to both the sides as DC played a game here just a day back while it was the second home ground for Rising Pune Supergiant when MS Dhoni was an integral part of that franchise. Players like Imran Tahir, du Plessis, Deepak Chahar and Shardul Thakur were also a part of that side.

As far as team changes are concerned, Chennai Super Kings are famous for making the least number of changes and somewhat similar is expected in this game as well. On the other hand, it will be a toss up between Colin Ingram and Colin Munro according to the batting position. DC might also play Chris Morris instead of Trent Boult as the Kiwi bowler again had an average outing in the last game.
