MI Vs KKR: Mumbai Indians Won – 134/1 (16.1 Overs) | Kolkata – 133/7 (20 Overs)

The Indian Premier League 2019 has reached to its last league game which is played between the Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. It is a crucial for both these teams but in a much more way for the visiting side.

Three teams have already qualified for the playoffs but the fourth one is yet to be decided as no other team has made it there yet. It’s down to the final match of the league stage that will decide the fourth participant of the knockout games. Currently, SRH is placed at the fourth position in the Points Table but it KKR manages to win this game, they will surpass them to finish at the fourth position.

On the other hand, it is not that much important game for MI but it is to some extent as if they win this match, then only they will be able to finish in the top two at the Points Table. But if they are unable to do so, then they will enter the playoffs stage from the third spot only.

It will be a mouth watering clash to witness as it is game of prime importance for both these teams. Not only that, but these two teams are coming to this game after winning their respective previous encounters where MI won it against the SRH in the Super Over while KKR defeated the Kings XI Punjab to move an inch closer to stage of playoffs.

As far as team changes are concerned, Barinder Sran and Evin Lewis have failed to perform for MI in their respective departments and hence, their team can take a call on them by playing Ishan Kishan and Beuran Hendricks in place of them. But it will be interesting to see if Mumbai skipper Rohit Sharma disturbs the winning combination or not. On the other hand, KKR can bring back in Kuldeep Yadav in side for Piyush Chawla.
