The second match that will be played on April 20 will be held between the Royal Challengers Bangalore and the Chennai Super Kings at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. This will also be the 39th match that will be played in this season.

These two teams have met in this season earlier as well which was also the first match of the 2019 edition where RCB got bundled out for a paltry 70 runs and CSK chased it down with seven wickets remaining in hand. But that was the sluggish pitch of Chepauk Stadium and this will be a flat track of Bangalore, which means that a high scoring game is expected, no matter whosoever bats first.

Chennai Super Kings did not get the services of MS Dhoni in the last game as he was out due to a back injury and this was also one of the biggest problem that why they lost that match against the Sunrisers Hyderabad. Their middle order collapsed despite of a good start by their openers and that was the time where he was missed the most as he is the one who stands in the middle to prevent collapses.

On the other hand, RCB won their previous game which was a high scoring match as they posted 213 runs on the board which also included a century from the bat of Virat Kohli. But their bowling once again almost costed them the match as their opponents, KKR fell just 10 runs short of winning the match.

In this match, a lot of changes are expected to be made by both the teams as MS Dhoni will come back in the side if he is fit and so will Dwayne Bravo. For RCB, AB de Villiers will also make it to the Playing XI if he has recovered. One change that can be made by RCB is playing Shivam Dube instead of Akshdeep Nath as they have spent a handsome amount on the former and would like to give him an another chance.
