The popular Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya has finally begun his journey to fitness after a few days of career-saving back surgery. The star all-rounder player faced a serious back injury issue during the prestigious event of Asia Cup 2019 in UAE after which he underwent the medical assessment process. But the brilliant right-handed batsman suffered the bad injury pain once again a few weeks back. As a result, he immediately flew down to United Kingdom for a complete treatment.

Pandya also skipped the ongoing home series against South Africa and also the 2019-20 edition of Vijay Hazare Trophy due to his back surgery. But now it seems like he will join his team back in the upcoming fixtures.

The 25-year-old young talented cricketer Pandya recently took to Twitter to share his injury update with fans on social media. He posted a video of his speedy recovery and thanked his fans for all the warm-wishes. He tweeted, “baby steps .. but my road to full fitness begins here and now. Thank you to everyone for their support and wishes, it means a lot”.

As of now, the crucial player of Indian National Cricket Team Hardik Pandya has taken a five to six-month-long gap for his well-recovery and may not be seen in action till March 2020. This means that he is going to miss another home series against Bangladesh also which is scheduled to be held from November 3rd, 2019.

Earlier in August 2019, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has given the rest to the Mumbai Indians’ star during India’s tour of West Indies also. Though the men in blue successfully clinched that tournament with all-win at the Caribbean soil. But undoubtedly Pandya was missed by his fans throughout the tournament. Pandya is truly a game-changer as he turned the tables for India many times with his destructive bowling spells and stylish batting skills.
