Son Heung-Min and Harry Kane combined again to claim a one-nil win for Tottenham Hotspur on Monday.

The duo which have been immensely important for Spurs in the past three seasons combined for their 29th goal overall and ninth this season already.

Son is the current top scorer in the Premier League with eight goals from six matches, whereas Kane has eight assists from eight.

Tottenham, which didn’t manage a shot on target in the first half at Burnley, moved up to fifth in the standings and didn’t even need Gareth Bale being deployed from the bench.

Now, they sit just two points behind joint league leaders Everton and Liverpool. Kane was delighted with a win after the game and claimed that the new faces in the dressing room made the squad “more experienced.”

“We’ve dropped points where we shouldn’t have this season so we’ve still got a lot to learn, but nights like this will definitely give us that confidence,” Kane said. “Were just at the stage where we’ve been so close for so many years and I think the additions this season have given us more leaders on the pitch and made us more experienced.”
