The greatest footballer of all time Lionel Messi who has been banned by the governing body of football in South America, CONMEBOL for three months is all set to join back his national squad Argentina ahead of friendly matches. The star skipper of Argentina FC, Lionel Messi has come back successfully in the game after conquering all the odds. With this much-awaited return of Messi in the squad, Argentina FC is head over heels and seemed to look more than ready to face Brazil and Uruguay respectively in the upcoming friendly clashes.

The 32-year-old veteran footballer Messi had strongly criticized South American football governing body during the prestigious tournament of Copa America 2019. The renowned forward of Barcelona levied the charges of corruption on the reputable organization as his team sent to third-place playoff in the tournament. As a result, the official authorities of CONMEBOL punished him with the three-month ban and fine of worth $50,000.

During his tenure, Messi missed four exciting clashes of Argentina against strong opponents like Chile, Mexico, Germany, and Ecuador. Messi-less Argentina squad outplayed a 0-0 draw against Chile in the previous friendly match. It was then followed by an impressive 4-0 win of Argentina over Mexico and a 2-2 draw with Germany in the friendly matches. Recently in the enthralling friendly encounter against Ecuador, Argentina enjoyed a 6-1 victory at Estadio Manuel Martínez Valero Stadium in Spain which was missed by the star forward Messi due to his controversial ban.

Now, when Messi has been returned in the squad he will play with Argentina FC in the next Friendly clash against Brazil on November 15 in Saudi Arabia. After this, he will also participate in the match against Uruguay on November 18th in Israel.
