As the season comes to an end in a few months time, the targets for their respective clubs begin and the wallet gets heavier day by day. Crystal Palace striker Wilfried Zaha has made it clear that he would want to play in the UEFA Champions League soon. Zaha’s abilities with the ball are known to all top clubs in Europe and the attacker has warned his present club that he might be on his way out at the end of this season.
“I have to experience the Champions League. I just need the opportunity, that’s it. And I’ll do the rest,” Zaha told the Daily Mail in an interview.
With Zaha making his opinion clear, it is expected that Palace isn’t accepting any offers below 50 Million Pounds. Making Zaha a target are Arsenal and Manchester United. Tottenham Hotspurs are also interested in the winger as they feel his skills suite their play.
Other than the Premier League, Borussia Dortmund and Inter Milan are also interested in the Ivorian.
New manager on the scene, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has new plans in mind and is reportedly known that the Manchester United coach is has made a striker a prime target, which sees Belgian Romelu Lukaku on his way out. The Belgian might be on his way out after failing to impress since his arrival at Old Trafford in 2017 for a hefty price of 75 Million Euros.
Along with Lukaku, Chilean Alexis Sanchez is also on the hunt for new clubs with Juventus and Bayern Munich interested. The winger has been a liability since he joined the Red Devils from Arsenal where has played to impress and help the team win. He currently hogs a massive 450,000 Euros a week and United look to loosen their purse with Sanchez on his way out.
Star midfielder Paul Pogba has also been linked to Real Madrid since Zidane’s arrival and after the Frenchman made it clear that he would like the World Cup winner in his team. It is known that Pogba’s relation with Solskjaer has been deteriorating for a while.
