Former WWE Champion Dean Ambrose who recently got a new ring name Jon Moxley by All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is going to battle in his first non-WWE roster after stepping down from the company. The 33-year-old has recently showed his muscle power in AEW’s flagship event of Double or Nothing where he attacked Chris Jericho surprisingly before tussling with Kenny Omega. The event was featuring Jericho and Omega in the power-pack roster but Mox suddenly emerged from the crowd and ambushed both the wrestling champs in the middle of their fight.

After making a repulsive appearance in Double or Nothing Moxley will next join the feud of Northeast Wrestling which is scheduled to be held at New York on Aug 16, 2019. The American giant will face Pentagon Jr in the battle. Interestingly, the fact which makes the roster more exciting is Moxley’s better-half Renee Young has also been booked by the company for the grand roster. Young is one of the most popular faces of wrestling commentators. Earlier in 2018, Renee joined the Raw commentary team for full-time which raised her stature in the company.

Apart from renowned wrestler Moxley, the grand event of North East Wrestling (NEW) will feature Pentagon Jr, Dustin Rhodes, Renee Young, NEW champion JT Dunn, Hale Collins, Jerry the King Lawler, Rey Fennix and La Parka also.

Moxley previously known as Dean Ambrose made his last-ever appearance for WWE at ‘The Shield’s Final Chapter’ where he teamed up with the shield brothers Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns to face the team of Drew McIntyre, Baron Corbin and Bobby Lashley. Before quitting the WWE universe in April 2019, he faced one more defeat from AJ Styles at the thrilling match of Backlash pay-per-view. The reason behind his departure from WWE is not signing the contract with the company. WWE offered the chance to renew his contract with the company before the mega show of WrestleMania 35 but it seemed that the three-time Intercontinental champion was not in a mood to come back.

The former WWE Champion is going to make his ring debut at AEW in Fyter Fest event at Daytona Beach, Florida on June 29.
