The star female wrestler of WWE Nikki Cross has successfully become the number one contender of the SmackDown Live Women’s Championship which is scheduled to be held right before the grand event of Crown Jewel 2019. The 30-year-old American professional giant will now face the current SmackDown Live champion Bayley in next week’s enthralling episode of blue brand event.
This came after the talented wrestler Cross pinned down all her opponents in the highlighted Six-Pack Challenge of recently concluded SmackDown Live episode. The female giant was confident enough to dethrone the powerful opponents like Dana Brooke, Mandy Rose, Sonya Deville, Carmella in the nail-biting match. Before the commencement of the action-pack roster Cross even claimed that she would become the No. 1 SmackDown contender against Bayley.
At the beginning of the highly-entertaining Six-Pack Challenge, all top women opponents looked very aggressive to take on each other as the lady of WWE Lacey Evans along with Carmella and Dana Brooke attacked brutally on Nikki Cross. But later in the battle, Cross emerged victoriously and fought back against all of her opponents in the ring. As a result, Cross declared as the new opponent for Bayley in the upcoming SD Live episode.
In the past few weeks, the WWE Universe witnessed several title changes as earlier in the Hell in a Cell roster Charlotte Flair created the history by winning her tenth SmackDown Women’s Championship title against Bayley. But later in the 2019 WWE roster draft Bayley again turned the heels and retain her lustrous title after defeating ‘The Queen’. In one more SmackDown Live Women’s Championship battle on next Friday night, it will be interesting to see whether the reigning champion Bayley will be able to defend her title or the wrestling fans will witness another title change.
Ahead of the Crown Jewel event 2019, the superstars of WWE already started building storylines to enter into the grand roster. WWE is yet to announce many matches before the flagship event which is going to be held at King Fahd International Stadium, Saudi Arabia on October 30th.
