The recent enthralling roster of WWE SmackDown Live witnessed many high-energy battles. One of them was the Intercontinental Championship match between Japanese star Shinsuke Nakamura and superstar giant Finn Balor. In that electrifying one-on-one feud, Nakamura toppled over Balor with his vintage moves. After his mind-blasting performance in SmackDown Live, Ali congratulated the legend for his successful win. This also hinted the fans that the two could build a storyline for upcoming SummerSlam 2019 and Ali will be the challenger for Nakamura in Intercontinental Championship.

The 33-year-old experienced wrestler Ali was last seen in the star-studded event of Money in the Bank pay-per-view at Hartford, Connecticut. In that glitzy event, Ali wrestled against  Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre, Ricochet, Ali, Andrade, Finn Balor, Zayn, Brawn Strowman and Randy Orton in an eight-man ladder match. The American professional dethroned all the opponent to unhook MITB briefcase but the moment when he started to celebrate his hard-fought victory suddenly Brock Lesnar’s music played in the background. The Beast Incarnate made a shocking entry at the stage and immediately knocked down Ali with a blink of an eye in order to clinch his first title of Money in the Bank PPV.
