The legendary wrestler of WWE Dwayne Johnson aka ‘The Rock’ turned down Randy Orton’s offer to fight one more time at upcoming WrestleMania 36. The Viper Orton has recently challenged The Rock for a one-on-one battle at an upcoming flagship event on his official Twitter account. In reply to Orton’s challenging post, The Rock savagely indicated that he is not in a mood to fight again in the ring.

While replying to Randy Orton’s demanding tweet, The Rock said, “U think Bob O Sr & Chief Maivia along with our pops’ Bob Jr & the Soulman ran up and down those roads for decades taking bumps just so we can sell out WM36 so you can RKO my ass thru the earth. My body’s still recovering from that Evolution beatdown you gave me at WM20”. It means the fans will not hear this popular phrase of Rock in WrestleMania 2020 ‘If you smell, what The Rock is cooking’.

The Rock made his last appearance on WWE set at the recently concluded debut episode of SmackDown Live on Fox. When Randy Orton came to know that Rock would be the special guest on SD Live at Fox network he immediately took to his official Twitter handle to challenge the world-class wrestler for a dream match. But it seems like his dream will remain a dream only as Rock is not going to battle again in WWE.

The 47-year-old experienced wrestler Rock had officially announced his retirement from WWE in August 2019. Ever since ‘The Rock’ stepped into Hollywood, he found a bit difficult to comeback in the battling ring. As a result, he decided to hang up his wrestling boots and put all his focus towards acting.

The flagship event of WWE WrestleMania 36 is scheduled to be held at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa on April 5th, 2020. Many storylines have already started scripting for the upcoming grand pay-per-view event. Only time will tell that who will get a chance to fight in a prestigious event. But one thing is for sure that the veteran Rock will not be seen in action at WrestleMania 2020.
