The upcoming power-pack seasons of WrestleMania could witness some brand new locations in the future as WWE is currently conducting a survey about an apt location for ‘The Showcase Of The Immortals’ in upcoming years. The company has considered London, Jacksonville, Chicago, and Las Vegas so far for hosting WrestleMania in coming years.
The renowned journalist Dave Meltzer who is famous for his accurate reports on wrestling said on the development, “WWE sent out a marketing study regarding future WrestleManias. They were asking people who have traveled to WrestleMania in the past that what cities they were most interested in going to, as well as how much money they estimate they spend in merchandise, transportation, and tickets”. The company has considered a total of 12 cities for the venue locations for upcoming WrestleManias. These 12 locations includes London, Chicago, Jacksonville, Las Vegas, Santa Clara, Houston, Dallas, Philadelphia, Toronto, Miami, Orlando, and Tampa.
The reason behind evaluating WWE fans’ suggestions for the appropriate location for upcoming WrestleManias was an unexpected drop in viewership for this year’s glitzy event. The ratings and ticket sales in WrestleMania 35 were not up to the expectations of the company, as a result, the company conducted a well-versed survey for future developments of the Show.
Earlier, in this year’s WrestleMania 35, WWE organized the flagship event at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on April 7th, 2019. In this year’s flagship event of WrestleMania, the company has announced worth-watching feud of Raw Women’s Championship for the very first time. In that mind-blasting roster, ‘The Man’ Becky Lynch clinched the prestigious title of RAW Women’s Championship after defeating equally strong WWE female superstars Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair in a triple threat battle.
