One of the biggest names from WWE universe, Undertaker is all set to take on Hall Of Famer Bill Goldberg at WWE Super Showdown event on June 7 at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium, Saudi Arabia. Goldberg who has not been seen in the ring since a very long time will make a remarkable comeback with Super Showdown event. Earlier in the past, the speculations were raising that Goldberg could face Almighty Bobby Lashley in the flagship event of ShowDown but later it was confirmed that he will fight against Undertaker.
Before battling with Goldberg in the star-studded tournament, WWE champion Undertaker could be seen at upcoming RAW night to build a storyline against the American giant. However, it is not yet confirmed whether the 52-year-old World Champion Goldberg will appear on the RAW event or not.
Besides the thrilling feud of Goldberg and Undertaker, ShowDown has much more power-pack action events. This includes much awaited fights between Randy Orton and Triple H, Roman Reigns and Shane Mc Mahon, Drew McIntyre vs Braun Strowman and Seth Rollins and Baron Corbin.
Notably, this would be the second edition of Super ShowDown organised by WWE. Earlier, the event had been named as Sands of Time PPV but later the company changed the title to Super ShowDown. In last year’s edition of Super ShowDown, Undertaker featured in the Tag Team Championship where he ganged up with the team of Shawn Michaels and Triple H to take on The Brothers of Destruction. Though, Undertaker’s team lost their match against the powerful team of Destruction.
Earlier this month, Undertaker was scheduled to perform at Starrcast II event along with great AEW wrestlers Chris Jericho, The Young Bucks and Cody Rhodes but WWE forced the giant to pull out from the show as he is not allowed to perform outside WWE’s brands. WWE made it very clear to Starrcast II that not even a single wrestler of the company will make any appearance on outside events as it will either-ways damage the reputation of the company.
