WWE’s flagship event WrestleMania 35 is going to be historic this time. The biggest show of the year will happen on April 7, 2019, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. This year for the very first time, the main event of WrestleMania will be performed between female wrestlers. WWE has announced the Raw Women’s Championship of WrestleMania 35 officially in which Rounda Rousey, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair will fight one-on-one in the triple threat format.

Raw Women’s Championship – Ronda Rousey vs Becky Lynch vs Charlotte Flair:

Earlier, in the Fastlane pay-per-view (PPV) 2019 Becky Lynch took on Charlotte Flair. Meanwhile, in the match, Ronda Rousey interfered and attacked Lynch followed by her victory over flair by disqualification (DQ). The winner of the Fastlane 2019 directly makes her way to Raw Women’s Championship and now the WWE fans there will witness a triple threat between Rousey, Lynch and Flair.

Universal Championship – Brock Lesnar vs Seth Rollins:

After winning Royal Rumble kick-off, Seth Rollins earned the right to challenge anyone for the world champion for WrestleMania so he decided to take on Brock Lesnar as he aims to slay ‘The Beast’. Rollins earned his name in the independent circuit before he joined WWE in 2010. Rollins has been using several different moves in his game, on the other hand, Lesnar has shown only his two moves, the suplex city and the F5. Rollins won the title of  ‘Superstar of the Year’ in 2015 and also the title of ‘Match of the Year’ in 2014.

Cruiserweight Championship- Buddy Murphy vs TBD :

Ever since joining the 205 Live roster in 2017, Buddy Murphy has become the biggest star wrestler who battled excellent matches against the giants like Mustafa Ali, Cedric Alexander, Kalisto and Brian Kendrick. Ahead of WrestleMania 35 the opponent for Murphy is yet to be defined but the four potential opponents against Murphy are Cedric Alexander, Mike Kanellis, Drew Gulak and Kushida.

Only three rumoured matches have been confirmed so far:

  • WWE Championship- Daniel Bryan vs Kofi Kingston
  • United States Championship- Samoa Joe vs John Cena
  • SmackDown Tag Team Championship- The Usos vs The Hardy Boyz
